With a little guidance and support, you can improve your health through nutrition. Since nutrition plays a vital role in maintaining health and managing certain diseases, we seek to create healthy menus that accommodate each resident’s particular dietary needs as prescribed by their physician. We encourage individuals to take an active role in managing their own health.
To assist you, we have registered dietitians on staff available to meet with you. Our nutrition experts will work with you to individualize your diet based on your nutritional needs. This personalized approach promotes your ongoing health and independence.
We provide regular nutritional assessments from our registered dietitian. We work with each resident to provide meals to meet their specific dietary and therapeutic needs, according to their physician’s orders. We also have oral supplemental diets available. Residents receive regular nutritional assessments from our registered dietitian.

Note: Your physician may prescribe a low sodium or low sugar diet for you. We are required to follow your physician’s diet orders. The Center cannot change your diet without a physician’s order. If you do not like the diet your physician has prescribed for you, we encourage you to talk with your physician.
